My role centers on aligning equipment capabilities, optimizing machining parameters, and stabilizing the end-to-end production flow to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable output.
G-code Toolpath Analysis
I refine cutting depth, feed rates, drilling coordinates, and routing logic to ensure accuracy, avoid tool collisions, and optimize machining speed.


Equipment & Workflow
A sequence of core fabrication processes—CNC cutting, multi-face drilling, HOMAG drilling, and automated edgebanding—capturing the mechanical precision and integrated flow that support full-house custom cabinetry manufacturing.
Operational Responsibilities
My responsibilities extend beyond operating equipment.
I diagnose production deviations, stabilize machining output, adjust process parameters, document workflow logic, and ensure equipment aligns with project specifications.
This hands-on understanding of machines and data allows me to integrate production flow with real-time decision-making.
